Paula Mulcahy, owner of Customer Connections has 18 years of experience including Interviewing, Customer Service and Operations Management. She has worked in the USA and Ireland across various industries in both the public and private sector.  She has designed and conducted training at all levels. 

Paula holds an honours degree in Business and has completed the Train the Trainer Certificate with Distinction. She also holds the California Association of Personnel Consultants Award.
